Event: Harlem Fine Arts Show 2026 (HFAS18)

Dates & Times:

Ticket Validity:

Each ticket grants one-time entry to HFAS18 on either Saturday, February 21st, OR Sunday, February 22nd, during the specified general admission hours unless a Two-Day Pass or All-Access pass is purchased.
General Admissions tickets are not valid for any special events, receptions, or programs that may require a separate ticket.

Refunds & Exchanges:

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: inclement weather, illness, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.

Lost or Stolen Tickets:

Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Please keep your ticket in a safe place.

Event Changes:

HFAS18 reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, programming, or venue at any time without prior notice.

Code of Conduct:

All attendees are expected to adhere to the HFAS18 Code of Conduct, which includes respecting the artwork, other attendees, and event staff. Disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

Red Dot Opening Night: Friday, February 20, 2026 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

12th Annual African Americans In Medicine (AAIM) Awards Celebration: Saturday, February 21, 2026 6PM – 10PM

African American In Finance (AAIF) Awards Celebration: Sunday, February 22, 2026 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Ticket Policy:

Non-Refundable: All tickets purchased for these events are non-refundable.
Date-Specific: Tickets are valid for entry only on the date specified on the ticket.
Private Events: These are private events. Each guest must present a valid ticket for entry.
No General Admission: General admission tickets to the Harlem Fine Arts Show will not be accepted for entry to these private events.

Additional Terms:

Event Changes: HFAS18 reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, program, or venue at its discretion.
Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a safe and respectful environment for all guests.
Liability: HFAS18 is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
